Suriname
After renting a bike, I cycled through the suburbs of Paramaribo until I reached the pilgrim destination of Weg naar Zee, an extensive Hindu temple terrain with colourful deities in a quiet place.
Trinidad & Tobago
The island of Tobago offers some of the most beautiful tropical beaches available around the world, white, with turquoise water softly touching the sand; most of them are almost empty.
United States
Majestic mountains with snow and ice rising from a green valley floor: the Grand Tetons are a true spectacle to view from a distance, or to enjoy on the many trails.
Uruguay
A perfect place to get some peace at the seaside in Uruguay, La Pedrera offers beaches, rock formations on which wild waves crash, and a laid back atmosphere to wind down.
Venezuela
In the middle of the Venezuelan jungle, Angel Falls is the tallest waterfall in the world - but the trip to reach the falls is as good as the destination.
